When a senior dog enters a shelter, their future is often heartbreakingly short. With gray muzzles and slower steps, they are the first to be overlooked and too often the first to be euthanized. Yet, these dogs have given a lifetime of loyalty and love—they deserve peace and dignity, not abandonment.
Now, we have the chance to do even more. On our Berkshire Farm Sanctuary property, there is a building waiting to be transformed into a Senior Dog Sanctuary—a place where older dogs will have cozy beds, warm fireplaces, medical care, and the love they’ve been denied.
But we cannot do this without you. Renovating this building into a safe haven will take resources—and every donation brings us one step closer. You can see our vision below in this photo. It will be. more than a sanctuary, it will be a home! How You Can Help:
