Manchitas

Our beautiful little girl has lived at the shelter since Winter 2019. She is a 25 lb. adorable mix with a heart of gold. “Chi” was hit by a car in Holbox, not once, but twice in Mexico and left for dead. She was left on the side of the road. She is blind now in one eye from head trauma. Because of the double whammy, Manchita is paralyzed from the waste down but she scoots around like lightening on the floor! She would benefit from a home with wood, tile or laminate flooring where she can whirl around in her glory! She loves to go for rides with volunteers in her wagon and Crumbs in his wheelchair.

Manchitas is in incontinent so it is a bit of upkeep, but she is so easy to maintain. She is now about 7 years old and is very attached to Crumbs who was also hit by a car in the same area. They were discovered by Dori on a trip to Mexico and flew up the following week!
