Radar, a beautiful black German Shepherd, was discovered by police tied to a tree along with other shepherds, 13 dogs in all,  treated like trash. Some of the dogs were in cages, others were tied to different branches of the tree in the photo. All of the dogs were removed, some were euthanized, others adopted out.  Last but not least is Radar.  Radar's life has been nothing but fear, and neglect.  

The police report stated that this boy could not move about freely, reach his excuse for a dog house and get shelter from the elements.  His chain was so tight he often could not reach his food, and his water bucket was filled with slime.  The owner faces 13 counts of animal cruelty! Radar is only 3 years old and is super sweet! He loves everyone he meets and is a wonderful boy. He would love to find a loving home where he can get lots of love, attention and training.
